Dapple Dandelions of Spring

Imagine working your colored pencils across the black abyss of mat board. Passerby's make indiscreet oh and nice work comments. You're in a hallway September 1 2019 of a Town Hall while outside exhilarating events are taking place. A car show, vendors, face painting, oodles of good treats to eat. You're lost in your work enjoying the strokes that seem to create life off the mat board. As the day winds down you finish pack up and go home. You savory the fun fill day of art companionship and the ability to lose yourself in a piece of artwork. One year and two months later, on your Grandmother's birthday, you sell your first "real" piece of framed artwork, at the same location that it was created. Karma, yah, I believe in Karma completely. Dandelions are the first yellow sunshine brightness that fills Spring. I love them, to me they are not weeds and never will be. Birds and bees love them, they make great salads and wine, plus the brightness of yellow makes lawns "pop" with happiness.
